Our Promise to you 

When we started Hope and Booth, we made a very simple promise to ourselves:


''we would treat our customers, the way we like to be treated.''


So many online businesses are a disappointment, whether in terms of product quality or customer service.

We saw no reason why that had to be the case, and we set out to make sure every customer was delighted with their Hope and Booth experience.

Returns & Refunds

While we work very hard to make sure you get exactly what you want, and that you are delighted with your accent pieces, we recognize that on very rare occasions,  things don't work out that way, so we have created a very simple returns policy:

If you buy our accent pieces, for yourself or as a gift, and it doesn't look how you wanted in your room or you just don't like it, don't worry, you can return it to us for an exchange or a refund within 100 days of receipt.

In the event of a return of unwanted goods, customers are responsible only for the returned goods' return delivery costs, but in the case of defective goods, Hope & Booth shall pay for the return delivery costs & refund your purchase. 

What to do in the event of a return

Please simply send an email to help@hopeandbooth.com telling us :

  • which product you bought, with the order number, in order to speed things up for you.

  • when you bought the product.

  • whether you would prefer an exchange or a refund.

We would also really appreciate it if you would tell us why you need to exchange or refund, as this will help us improve our designs, products and service in the future. 

If the product is defective, please e-mail us a photo clearly showing the issue to: help@hopeandbooth.com, so that we can improve for the future, and we'll also refund or exchange the item.

Please bear in mind that for every returned piece, we lose between 10-20% of the cost in admin costs such as non-refundable order processing and credit card charges.

So, in full transparency, please do not order items on a trial basis intending to send some or all back as these costs damage our business and unfortunately mean that, in future, we won't be able to continue to offer people the current unique designs, free delivery and great service, that we do at the moment.

In the event of a return of unwanted goods, customers are responsible for the returned goods' delivery costs.
